On The Water…with Captain Alan
An early winter front may have made getting on the water a bit challenging, but not impossible. Anglers managed several good days of fishing action while aboard the Magic – even if it was cold and windy. Live shrimp was our bait of choice as we fished around docks and mangrove-lined canals for redfish, sheepshead and black drum. Electric sock warmers anyone!

Hooked Up!
I just wanted to thank you for the great couple of days on the water. As usual, I had a great time and loved getting hooked up with some really nice fish. I love the Sarasota area – every time I come back it seems the fishing just gets better. Count on me visiting next Thanksgiving and make sure you’ve scouted out the best spots again. Cheers.
