On The Water…with Captain Alan

Now that water temps are at or about 70 deg’s – it’s time to go fishing!  Spanish mackerel and bluefish have invaded Sarasota Bay to feed on massive schools of glass minnows.  Trout, redfish and sheepshead are around docks and along the deeper edges of grassflats.  Thanks to the upcoming New Moon tide cycle – next week’s fishing is gonna be awesome!

My catch-of-the-week photo is a bluefish.
