Thank you for your interest in fishing aboard the Magic with Captain Alan.

Upon booking your charter, a $100 deposit will secure your reservation.  Please make checks payable to: Captain Alan Routh Guide Service.  Our mailing address is 422 S. Lime Avenue, Sarasota, FL 34237. 

Cancellations made with more than 2 weeks notice will receive a full refund. If inclement weather arises (heavy rain or wind), we would reschedule your trip or refund your deposit. Captain Alan will make cancellation decisions based on actual weather conditions.   If you have to cancel with two weeks' or less notice, we cannot guarantee your deposit will be refunded.  We will make every effort to book another charter for that time slot which would enable us to refund your deposit. 

Due to the beautiful Sarasota weather and excellent fishing, our calendar can become crowded.  To ensure availability of the dates of your choice, please book well in advance.  Booking at least two months in advance is recommended during the spring and summer months.   Remember, it's always better to fish on weekdays to avoid the crowds.
